Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

and want some YUMMY options? Try this chocolate chip cookie cake and see if your taste buds go BONKERS!!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix
1 Chia Egg {or 1 regular egg}
1/2 cup Vanilla Ripple Milk
1/4 cup Water
Random amount of Madhava Vanilla Coffee syrup {do a taste test to see if you want it sweeter or not}
1/4 cup erythritol {or your sugar of choice or 1/3 cup honey}
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Gluten Free Oats
1/4 cup chopped nuts {optional}
Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips ~ load em up baby
Mix them all together. I add the oats after it is all mixed up for a smooth topped finish. If you want it more chunky add the oats with all other ingredients.
Add chips last and mix those babies in! The more the merrier :P
Bake at 350 in a 9 inch round pan for 1 batch.
13 x 9 inch pan when doubling up.
