Belly Bloat is GOING away!!!
I have been working on healing my gut since January...SEEMS LIKE SO LONG, right?
I have been:
- 💚avoiding most of my food allergies 🍗🥛🍳🧀
- 💚avoiding many processed foods 🍪🍦🥨🍞🍨🍕🍩🍭
- 💚eating more fresh fruits and veggies 🍓🥑🍇🍉
- 💚being diligent with my supplement schedule
- 💚treating h pylori, mycoplasma & mold
HOWEVER
⚠️
It wasn't until I incorporated🌱CBD oil that I noticed not only my body inflammation but my gut inflammation diminishing so much quicker
💚
💡I have used a TON of supplements while on my Lyme journey and def have a wealth of knowledge with many of them. This is now one of them.
It took me a long while to finally give it a try bc I was hopeful with so many other remedies and they didn't work out for me. I thought it would be the same with this, too. I was wrong.
🏡I can't imagine not keeping this a part of my daily supplement schedule.
🤔Have your ever tried it? Love it? Been thinking about it? I LOVE the one I found <3
😍Check out some info on leaky gut and CBD:
Why CBD for gut health?
CBD helps regulate the systems in our body, such as the digestive system. There are endocannabinoid receptors right in the gut 🤓
Cbd also reduces inflammation throughout our bodies. And inflammation of the gut can prevent nutrients from being absorbed properly.
So when we pair a healthy diet with cbd, it starts helping our bodies heal and regulate & our systems start working better at what they're designed to do, such as our digestive system absorbing the nutrients, vitamins, minerals, etc that we take in 🤗
